Pick up your exhibitor's packet at Headquarters beginning Thursday, July 12. This packet contains your parking permits, program and other last minute information.
Post holes, stakes, and trenches— Check with Headquarters before driving stakes or digging holes in order to avoid striking underground electrical lines. We will not have a post-hole auger available.
Lot boundaries— Red and blue stakes define lot corners. If you set up outside your boundaries, we will ask you to move.
Forklifts have a 6,000 lb. lift capacity. Service is scheduled at Headquarters on first-come, first served basis. In fairness to other exhibitors, please try to avoid a need for multiple forklifts to assemble and disassemble equipment. When possible, assemble large equipment at a local dealership and tow it to the site. A limited number of forklifts will be available for set up on:
- Wednesday, (July 9), 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Thursday, (July 10), 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m.
- Friday, (July 11), 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
- Saturday, (July 12), 8:30 a.m. - noon
- Sunday, (July 13), no service
- Monday, (July 14), 8:30 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Cranes will not be available to assemble or disassemble equipment.
Loading dock— Ask at Headquarters for location.
Electricity— Arrange to have electricity supplied to your lot by June 6. Exhibitors in Tents A and B should bring a 75-foot extension cord for electrical hook up.

Equipment washing— A large tank of wash water will be available Friday-Monday north of Tent B. Bring your own rags and pail. Power washing will be available on a contract basis from Deck Detail - Power Washing Contractor:

Truck/trailer storage— Do NOT park trucks or trailers in the exhibitor permit lot during the show. Ask at Headquarters for location of storage parking.
Direct, on-site sales are prohibited, unless sale items can be hand carried, are necessary and usable in agriculture, and are connected with an exhibit. Exhibitors may write orders for sales of any other items for delivery from exhibit space after Ag Expo closes. Distribution of promotional items is allowed if the items are associated with an exhibit. A list of proposed sale and promotional items must be submitted to Ag Expo for approval prior to show date. Any exhibitor displaying taxable goods for sale or selling taxable goods or services must have a Michigan sales tax registration number. A special exhibitor shuttle operates each day from 7:30 - 9 a.m. and from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m.
Exhibitor vehicles with permits will be allowed to service exhibits BEFORE 8:30 a.m. or during the close of the show. Vehicles that are not part of the exhibit must be removed from the central exhibit during show hours.
Be courteous. Excessive noise interferes with neighboring exhibits must be avoided.
Phone messages will be posted on the message board at Headquarters.
Food service is available beginning Monday, July 14 through Thursday, July 17.
Security will be provided during off show hours by the MSU Department of Public Safety beginning 6 p.m., Thursday, July 10 through noon, Friday, July 18.
Exhibits must remain in place until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 17.
